When a comment is made, beyond the data given on the comment sheet, the commentators IP address and the string identifying the browser are stored to filter unwanted content.
A depersonalized string created from the email address (hash) is forwarded to the Gravatar service if it is active on the site. The terms and conditions of the Gravatar service are available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After a comment is accepted, the content of the comment and the commentator’s profile picture will become public.
If a registered user uploads a picture on the website, they should avoid using EXIFes that include data with reference to GPS position. Other visitors may download these and obtain location data from the pictures on the site.
However, at present there is no possibility to register on the site.

When a comment is made, the website stores the username, email address and web address in a cookie. This is for your convenience, so the next time you will not have to complete these data. Cookies expire after one year.
